Joe grew up in Stoughton and raised his family in Easton.  He attended Bentley College (now University) and spent over 30 years in the Financial Services Industry in leadership positions centered around business analytics, operations and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.  Joe joined Siena in 2017 with a focus on functional alignment, technology and improving client happiness.  Joe was elected President in 2020.  Joe enjoys following local sports, exercise and fitness and hiking with his German Shepherd.
