Siena Donates to Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School

On May 16th, 2024, Siena presented five scholarships to students at the Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School in Hathorne, MA. These annual scholarships are donated in memory of Garth Tolman, who was a long time employee at Siena and our former Director of Engineering. We are honored to be giving these scholarships for the sixth year since Garth’s passing.

Siena Awarded 7,000 mile National Coaxial Lead Remediation Project

Siena was recently awarded a 7,000 mile project to assist with lead remediation of direct buried coaxial cable. Partnering with major telecommunication companies on this initiative, Siena will assist with analysis, consulting, and identification of areas of risk and recommending where remediation is necessary.

2023 Siena Holiday Party

The 2023 Siena holiday party was held on Thursday, December 21, 2023. An enjoyable time was had by all. The highlight of the afternoon was the awarding of the Garth Tolman Award for Excellence, and the 2023 recipient was Pat Moroney, of the CAD Team. Congrats to Pat and Happy Holidays to All!

Siena Supports the Todorov Toy Drive in 2023

The Elizabeth Todorov Toy Drive supports the children of the UMass Memorial Medical Center. Siena is a long-time supporter of the organization and we have participated in this initiative for a number of years. Led by Hannah Foley for over ten consecutive years, Siena employees once again donated toys and raised money for the organization, which was used to procure toys for children in need.

Chicago Fiber to the Building Assignment Awarded

Siena was awarded a sixteen site fiber to the building engineering and design project for a major telecommunications provider. This new build will serve a large network of medical centers in the Chicago area.

Siena Completes West Virginia Fiber to the Home Project

Siena completed a thirteen mile fiber to the home project for a large telecommunications provider. This was sponsored by a government grant targeted to provide high speed internet access to under-served communities in West Virginia. Siena provided design, engineering, licensing and permitting services.

2023 Youth Villages Backpack Initiative a Success!

Siena once again participated in the Youth Villages Backpack Initiative in 2023 which puts together backpacks and school supplies for underprivileged children at all grade levels.  Siena committed to fully supply ten students with the much-needed school supplies to ensure they are successful throughout the school year. Due to the generosity of our employees, we were able to exceed our goal and provide backpacks and supplies for twelve students! Thanks to all for your generosity.
